Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://rioillusions.com.br/ (“Service”) operated by the Museum Of Illusions Entertainment - EIRELI, CNPJ: 34.747.966 / 0001-09, Museum of Illusions 3D - RJ (“Museum”, “we”, “us” or “ours”).
Your access to and use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service (“User”, “Customer”, “You”).
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. By accessing the Service, you fully agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
These Terms incorporate the other Policies made available on our site.

These Terms govern the conditions applicable to your use of the Services. By using the Services, You agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

Purchase is subject to ticket availability and credit card operator approval, which may take up to 5 (five) days. The Client will only receive confirmation of the tour schedule after payment confirmation.

When you purchase from our site, your purchase may be subject to review and approval by our security department, which may request proof of registration to finalize your order.

The Service may employ third party intermediation to facilitate payment and completion of the Purchase. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide that information to these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The User is responsible and should always carefully check the details of his order (ticket type, schedule, date, time, number of tickets) before the confirmation of your Purchase. You will not be allowed to exchange your ticket for another scheduled date. Your ticket is a unique product, that is, after the purchase it will no longer be available for sale.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons that include, but are not limited to: product or service availability, product or service description or price errors, errors in your order, or other operational reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or illegal or unauthorized transaction is suspected.

In case of cancellation of the visit by the Museum, the ticket values ​​will be returned.

In the event that tickets are purchased over the Internet, you may submit your ticket in paper format (through print) or in digital format (by cell phone or tablet, for example). The ticket contains a "QR Code", which will be identified at the entrance.
In case of loss of ticket and / or voucher, the Museum is not responsible for issuing a new ticket and / or voucher.

The Museum is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels, whether through individuals, companies, other Internet sites and / or Internet communities to which the Museum has no ties.

The service charge is the amount charged by the Museum upon the purchase of Internet tickets for the use of our Services, in accordance with State Law No. 6.103 / 2011 (as amended by Law No. 6.321 / 2012) of Rio de Janeiro. The service charge amount is shown during the ticket purchase process. You can buy tickets directly at the Museum's ticket office without paying the service fee.

5. Ticket Exchange and Cancellation

Ticket purchases made on the Museum website may be canceled by the customer if it is in their interest. To do so, the following rules must be observed:

A) The request for cancellation may be made up to 07 (seven) consecutive days, from the date of acquisition, in accordance with art. 49 from CDC. If the visitation is scheduled within this seven-day period, the cancellation request must be made by the client no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the visitation. In any case, requests for cancellations made after the scheduled start time will not be accepted.

B) Only the User, holder of the purchase, may make the request to cancel the order.

C) The cancellation request is subject to review, so the mere fact that the user promotes the request does not guarantee that your order will be canceled.

D) If the purchase was made using a registration with the site (customer "logged in"), the request for cancellation may be made directly by the user, through the channel "Contact Us" If the purchase was completed as a visitor (without registration), the cancellation request can only be made by contacting the Museum's Customer Service (which can be accessed on this link). Whatever the request method, the cancellation deadlines informed in the previous topic must be observed.

E) Only the complete cancellation of the purchase will be accepted and the partial cancellation cannot be made.

F) Purchases made using promotional codes must be canceled by the Museum's call center, always within the period mentioned in item “A”.

G) Upon receipt of the confirmation of purchase cancellation email, the full amounts paid upon purchase will be reversed using the same payment method used to complete the transaction following the following terms and conditions:

G.1) If the purchase has been paid by credit card, the chargeback procedure will be done within ten (10) business days from receipt of the cancellation confirmation email, depending on the cardholder. Credit to the cardholder will depend on the processing of this amount by the issuing bank and the closing date of the invoice. The chargeback can be viewed on up to three invoices, which is independent of the Museum, as it results from the internal procedures of each credit card company. We recommend that you consult directly with your card-issuing bank.

G.2) If the purchase was paid through one of the virtual wallets (Visa Checkout, Masterpass, G Pay and Apple Pay), the refund will follow the same term as the previous item.

G.3) For purchases paid through Paypal, the credit repayment term, according to information provided by the company itself, is up to 30 days, which may vary according to Paypal administration. We recommend contacting the payment method directly to verify any restrictions as well as the refund methods used.

G.4) If the purchase is paid by debit card, the refund will be displayed in the checking account within 07 (seven) calendar days from receipt of confirmation of cancellation.

H) Under no circumstances will it be possible to exchange any purchase data (number or type of tickets, date or time of visitation, or others) after its conclusion. If you wish to change any purchase data, you must request its complete cancellation (provided that the rules outlined in the previous topics are met) and proceed with the new purchase - provided that tickets are still available for the desired visitation.

I) Failure to attend the tour date without the appropriate arrangements described above will not entitle you to later exchange, cancellation or return of the ticket (s).

J) Purchases made directly at the museum box office are non-refundable.

6. Registration, Account and Password

By creating an account with us, you warrant that you are over 18 and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date. Inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete information may result in immediate termination of your Service account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer / tablet / mobile phone and / or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and / or password, regardless of whether your password is on our Service or a third party service. You must notify us immediately after becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

7. Half Entrance

Entitlement to Half Entrance is guaranteed by federal and regional laws. Federal laws cover national territory and regional laws are restricted to the territory in which they were published. Federal laws currently in force guarantee the Half-Entrance benefit for seniors, students, people with disabilities, and low-income youth aged 15 to 29. Persons entitled to benefit based on regional laws vary by state or municipality that issued the law.

It is mandatory to present at the establishment, upon access to the event, the documentation that proves the right to the benefit in accordance with current legislation. Purchasing tickets through the benefits listed above will be conditional upon proof of compliance with the above requirements, and the Museum shall not be liable for any non-submission of valid supporting documents by beneficiaries.

According to Federal Law No. 10741 / 2003, better known as the Elderly Statute, persons aged 60 or older are entitled to Half Entrance for artistic and leisure events.

Federal Law No. 12933 / 2013, also known as the Half-Entrance Law, guarantees the benefit of the payment of Half-Entrance to students, people with disabilities and young, low-income persons aged 15 to 29.
Only students in basic and higher education will be entitled to benefit, as provided for in Title V of Law No. 9.394 of 20.12.1996. The law does not extend the benefit to free courses, such as English and computer courses.
People with disabilities and, when necessary, their companions, are entitled to the benefit. Youths from 15 to 29 years, whose monthly family income is up to 02 minimum wages, provided they are enrolled in the Federal Government's Single Registry for Social Programs, can purchase tickets with a 50% discount.

The granting of the right to the Half-Entrance benefit is assured at 40 (forty percent) of the total tickets available for each event.

ATTENTION: As provided in § 2 of Art. 3 ° of Decree No. 8.537 / 2015, the following elements must be included in the Student Identification Card: I - full name and date of birth of student; II - recent student photo; III - name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled; IV - educational level; and V - expiration date until March 31 of the year following that of its dispatch. Documents presented at purchase must be presented at the entrance of the Museum. For your safety, tickets will not be sold to anyone else even if you have your documents.

Some states and municipalities have published regionally effective laws such as State Law (SP) No. 10.858 / 01, as amended by Law No. 14.729 / 12; Municipal Law (Porto Alegre / RS) No. 7366 / 1993, regulated by Decree No. 11.110, Municipal Law No. 9070 / 2005 of Belo Horizonte, State Law (RJ) No. 3364 / 2000 and the Municipal Law (Rio de Janeiro) No. 3424 / 2002.

Half-way admission is available on the website for use of the Services offered by the Museum. When making the purchase, the User must choose the type of ticket Half Entry, remembering that this must prove the right to the benefit through the relevant documentation when presenting the ticket.

8.Courses, sweepstakes and promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules of these Terms Conditions. If you participate in any promotion, please refer to the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between the Promotion rules and these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

Your use of the Services and any information provided by you or collected by the Museum or third parties during any visit or use of the Services is governed by the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by this reference.
